The Let's Glow Membership is a monthly facial membership designed to make consistent self care easy while delivering real, visible skin results. For a flat monthly rate, you receive a Classic Escape or 45 Quick Fix Facial every month (with the option to upgrade to any facial by paying the difference) plus member-only pricing and perks that reward you for showing up for yourself.
It's ideal for anyone who wants a predictable routine, priority access, and a little extra incentive to keep their skin in a consistent groove. Healthy skin is made monthly, not once a year.

I built the Let's Glow Membership because I kept seeing the same pattern: clients would come in for a big corrective facial, love the results, and then not come back for three or four months when life got busy. By the time I saw them again, we were starting over. Healthy, glowing skin isn't built in one big appointment. It's built in the small, consistent ones.
Membership makes that consistency easy. Your facial is scheduled, your pricing is locked in, and you stop having to convince yourself to book. You just show up. And your skin reflects it.

What is the Let's Glow Membership?
The Let's Glow Membership is a monthly facial membership designed to make consistent self care easy and affordable. For a flat monthly rate, you receive one Classic Escape or Quick Fix Facial each month, with the option to upgrade to any facial by paying the difference in price, plus access to special member perks and pricing.
What is included each month?
Each month you receive one Classic Escape or Quick Fix Facial. You can choose to upgrade that service to a different facial at your visit and simply pay the price difference.
Can I upgrade my facial?
Yes. The Classic Escape or Quick Fix is included, but you can upgrade to any facial on the menu. At checkout, you'll just pay the difference between the member facial rate and the member rate of the facial you choose.
Do my facials roll over if I don't use them?
Facials are meant to be used monthly to support consistent results. However, you get one rollover grace every six months, which allows a single unused facial to roll into the next month (30 days).
Can I gift my facial to someone else?
Yes. If you can't make it in a given month, you may gift that month's facial to a friend or family member. Advance notification is required so we can note it in your account before their visit.
Why is only the regular price shown in online booking?
The booking software displays the regular service price for everyone. If you're a member, your member pricing and discounts are applied at checkout in the studio at the time of your appointment.
Is there a commitment?
Yes. There is an initial 6-month commitment to join the membership. After that period, your membership continues on a month-to-month basis unless you cancel according to the cancellation policy.
How do I sign up?
Membership is currently full. Tap Join the Waitlist to open the signup page. You'll get a confirmation email, and we'll reach out when a spot opens. You can also email us or use the contact form anytime.
What happens if I need to cancel?
You may cancel after your initial 6-month term with 30 days notice prior to your next billing date. Any unused facial within your active billing cycle would need to be used or gifted before your membership ends.
What if I cancel before the 6-month commitment?
If you choose to cancel before the initial 6-month commitment is fulfilled, a $250 cancellation fee will apply. This helps honor the discounted pricing and benefits you receive as a member during that period.
How do I cancel?
After your initial 6-month commitment, you can cancel by emailing info@myesc.ca or using the contact form at myesc.ca/contact. Please provide notice before your next billing date.
