Your First Visit
Your first spa experience should feel easy, not intimidating. Here's a simple walkthrough of what your visit will look like.
Book Your Service
Choose a service online, or email info@myesc.ca and we'll help you pick the right one. Not sure? Start with a 60-minute Restorative Escape, our most popular first-time choice.
Arrive & Settle In
Arrive about 5 minutes early so you can relax. You'll be greeted warmly and shown to the service room. The space is private, quiet, and designed to help you unwind from the moment you walk in.
Skin Consultation
Before we begin, we'll chat about your skin: your concerns, goals, sensitivities, and what products you currently use. This lets me fully customize your facial to your skin's needs that day.
Your Facial
Relax completely while I take care of your skin. Every facial includes cleansing, exfoliation, professional products, massage, and finishing products tailored to you. I'll explain what I'm doing as we go, or you can simply close your eyes and drift off.
Aftercare & Recommendations
After your service, I'll share simple aftercare tips and product recommendations to extend your results at home. There's never any pressure to buy, only guidance if you want it.

First Visit FAQs
What should I wear?
Wear whatever is comfortable. You'll always be under the covers. For a facial, you'll remove everything from the waist up (bra included) so the décolleté and shoulders can be included in the facial massage. You'll be draped at all times for comfort and modesty. Avoid heavy makeup if you can; we'll be cleansing your skin anyway.
How early should I arrive?
Just 5 minutes early is plenty. That gives you a moment to settle in without waiting around.
Do I need to do anything to prepare my skin?
No special preparation needed. Come as you are and we handle everything during your service. If you're getting a corrective facial like a chemical peel or Thesera facial, I'll let you know of any specific prep when you book.
What if I'm not sure which service to choose?
That's completely normal! Email info@myesc.ca or use the contact form and tell us what you're hoping to address (relaxation, a specific skin concern, anti aging) and we'll recommend the best service for you. You can also try our skin quiz through the chat widget on this site.
Is there parking?
Yes. There's plenty of room in the driveway, so just pull right in.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, as your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
